[Resolved] Airtel — Terrible 2G like speeds in a 4G connection

We had Airtel 4G LTE installed on 07/12/2013. It was activated on 12/12/2013.The speed of the internet is very slow. I have already contacted customer care for the stated problem but it did not help. Speed of internet is very very slow.Terribly disappointed with the product. My previous BSNL connection was way faster than this one. Please fix the problem ASAP!
