[Resolved] Airtel — The Airtel Broadband connection is not given by the cheque is debited for payment | |||||
Dear sir I had given the following complaint regarding not providing broadband connection aand I have not heard anything till date. As on one of the distributor of airtel Mr. Khan had collected my application for broadband connection application no. TBLR 7309111 as on 05/04/2017. The airtel official told that the connection will be provided within 48 days. But neither distributor Mr. Khan mobile no. [protected] and his technical manager Mr. Sharan Kumar mobile no. [protected] did not respond my calls regarding the connection. Again I came to know that since they have not taken action against my application my application logged in was logged out and rejected. Again on following up the applcation was relogged in and my cheque was debited on 19/04/2017 for Rs. 3447 payable to Bharti Airtel ltd. But till date I have not received any connection and these two people are not responding my calls. I fear that there is a fraud played on me and my application money is swindled by the airtel people without giving connection. Please help me to get the broadband connection.
