The box of airtel is not working and because of it not able to watch any of the channel. We have been trying but it's really not working. And we are highly disappointed from the services as well what is the use if they are ignoring our complaint. We have been continuously calling the customer care and that to complaining online but getting no response its been quite a month. And this is very disappointing that airtel company is making trouble toh the customers by not helping Was this information helpful? | |||||

For new remote complaint book on week still it not received. When make call we are getting different answers without out respect . My advice is first give training show to speak to customer. Airtel is losing a royal customer like me fast 10 year s I was with Airtel small issue is not able to solved

Monthly bill is getting high compair with calling & usages. So please change my bill plan from postpaid to prepaid

In our area 4g signal is not getting properly and browsing is also not working properly, I am facing problem and when I complain to your customer care they are saying that in your area 4g signals is good but extension is needed recently 2 months back me and my friends will changed from idea to airtel but now airtel signals getting worst then idea.
