I'm mrs chippy jackson from changanacherry. I lost my sim earlier and took a duplicate. Now my phone has another person's number on it.. Shahjahan and his ration availed details too has popped up. Pls block it and do tell me how somebody can get into my account.. This creates problems in my family, my kids important msgs from school etc. Pls do the needful. I called your customer care for additional dth connection. I'm asking doubt your customer care person about your this add on connection process your customer care person telling me loosing da... Don't spoke to him.. What's this? This is the way of approach your customers you giving training to your person very worst service & worst company.
