[Resolved] Airtel — The special recharge T&C is not working as listed | |||||
Hi, I did a special recharge using the "best offers" listed in my Airtel App on 26/05/2017 - amount: Rs 9 - Benefits: All local + STD calls at 30ps/min for 28 days. But when I called STD and local mobiles, the call charges are different. I lost more than Rs. 100 in the process ... I am not sure why Airtel is looting money in different ways ... Showing something in the website/app and deducting as they like. My request is to get my spent money due to false display in the web/app and the recharge amount that I did in airtel. The Airtel guys should be strongly punished as this is my 4th complaint in a row ... due to their improper way of doing business. Thanks, Rudra Prakash. S. Was this information helpful? | |||||
