Airtel — The Worst customer service experience ever!!

Had the worst customer service experience ever. The agent and the supervisor do not realize that they are working for salary and their work is to at least “try” to help customers. Both the agent and the supervisor gave me an impression that they are working for charity so they can talk in whatever tone they like and make loud breathing sound to show they are more frustrated than me. If the two employee don’t want to support/help customers they shouldn’t even be working in such a role. I hope the management take some responsibility.
