Airtel — they again proved that they are worst network | |||
they again proved that they are worst network. i have requested a call regarding change of my postpaid plan to my plan via internet. many customer care exec called me asking for new connection but i told them clearly that i need change of plan for existing connection. 3 persons called me saying that they will fwd the call to higher exec but till date no body called me and those people are really giving me fake msgs that they tried to call me but i havent even got a single call. useless network... useless customer care exec ... irresponsible higher officers... totally the first ever worst plan for postpaid is from airtel... i regret for being airtel customer Was this information helpful? | |||
