Airtel — they are putting in conditions when I'm trying to opt out of airtel.

Airtel's internet is very bad the customer care says it will take more than one month to work
I said I use two numbers and pay an approximate amount of 700rs per month for internet which I'm not willing to pay anymore and I said that I want to Port my num and the representative said that to Port you num you'll have separate you number because it is in a family plan and you'll have to take a new plan of 499 but you can discontinue it after one day and you'll be charged 20 RS for one day.+you outstanding amount of 750 approx.

Updated by Shaurya Sahu They are saying that I'll take 15 days time to deactivate one of my numbers and then only after address verification and presentation of id proof photo and adhaar card all of which I have already done to get a postpaid number with Airtel will they let me port my number, at the time of getting the postpaid connection they never mentioned all these conditions they said just come in and put in a request and it'll be done but only after three months
