Hi, This is Umesh I have been using airtel service by the last 8 years and my number is [protected], today I made a recharge of 698 rs to [protected] instead of my number. So I request you to kindly refund the amount or transfer the 698 plan from [protected] to [protected]. Please do the needful. As a long term customer I am so disappointed the way they behaved .
