Airtel — too much delay & negative response from airtel dth team for installing dth | |||
It has been more than 3-4 days we booked airtel dth online payment was also done online, then also till 24 hours we didn't receive any call for installment or any other. After escalating finally we receive dth at home. Still the issues was not addressed properly, till date set top box is not working person was left house saying another person will come for installment. After calling again & again another person come & he was also unable to solve the problem, still tv showing no signal. Hoping the issues will solve at least today. Before booking it was guaranteed that after booking air tel installment will be done next day, highly dis satisfied. Was this information helpful? | |||
