Airtel — took money for airtel sim upgrade

As i got msg from airtal, i went to a retailer for upgrading my airtel sim to 4g. They took 40rs for upgrading the sim. But airtel said that it is for free upto 25sept, when i said why you are taking money, they do not reply anything, just said we take 40rs for upgradation. A reputed company like airtal should take necessary action. Retailers name.. Subal dutta/charali/p. O... Digboi/pin..786171. Plz take necessary action.

Very very upset and disappointed with the airtel services
never ever will recommend anyone to use this
earlier they didnot mention about the 3G / 4G conversion now saying to convert it to 4G .
if i would have 4G set i would have taken jio na why would i purchase airtel plans

[protected] land line was not allowed for out going calls. Bill is not due. Pl call me and let me know the problem. pl check and allow for out going calls

My contact no.[protected]. I recharged 349 plans and I get unlimited calls and 1 gb internet data daily for 28 days. But internet speed is very slowly that's speed like 2g. I joined airtel last 5 years but this speed is now I can't seen before 4 years.sir please solve this problem if you haven't solve so many options for me like portability
