Airtel — tower and data is not working

Hi i am using airtel mobile number.in my area airtel tower is not working. My family uses around 4 airtel mobile numbers. We used post paid moile numbers also. Without using class and data every month we are paying. We frustrated. Please do the needful otherwise we will go for someother network.

Updated by JosephineFreedaN We are facing the issue from Nov month 2017 onwards. We raised lot of complaints on customer care. They said it will be resolved. But still the issue exists. Then why we need to recharge and pay the money?
