[Resolved] Airtel — transaction details mismatched | |||||
Don't fool the customers. I have recharged my account with INR 100 on 24th April 2018 and still my account is not credited. As per transaction detail through my Airtel app it is clearly mentioned that the amount will be credited to your post paid mobile account with in 02 days of working. Go through the attached file of transaction detail for your kind ref. I have contacted (Airtel customer care) number of times to get it rectify but no resolution came up every time. Soon after the conversation they registered new complaint with saying that attached transactions details are mismatched. Big harassment from Airtel.Very Pathetic service. Still no one turned up to resolve my issue and amount not credited in my account. I already attached payment receipt of INR 100 but still not received any revert. Please take appropriate action to resolve this issue.
