[Resolved]  Airtel — transaction unsuccessful and money not refunded

I attempt to recharge internet pack of inr259 with txn id:[protected] to my airtel prepaid number on[protected] using debit card. Recharge was unsuccessful for which money deducted from my account. I reported it customer care, they insisted to wait for 10 working i. E., till[protected]. I didn't get my money refunded till now. Please look in to the issue and refund my money as soon as possible.
