Raised request on 28aug. Nvr received callback. 30aug eta changed to 2sept. no callback, had to call cc. call from Bangalore central unit for transfer on 2sept confirmed will b done in 5 days. I ll b in China from 9sept tll yearend. New tenants might misuse & I shouldn't b charged. Sr:72203478. Called cc, system down. Can't help.
