[Resolved]  Airtel — TV account suspended despite recharge

my ID is [protected] To my utter surprise, i am informed thru your TV that my account is suspended due to low balance. when i log in to my account the balance shown is Rs.1.85 only. As you are aware that i have recharged my account with Rs.1830/ - on 13.06.2014 and i even talked to your staff thru toll free number on many occasions after recharge about non receipt of some tamil channels and validity of my account etc. Today since 4 AM i have been trying to contact your staff thru toll free number but there is no response for that also. I am very much disappointed about the poor service being rendered to your customers and i strongly protest your failure to activate my account in spite of the fact that i have already recharged my account and i will have no other option except to proceed against you legally through consumer forum for tthis kind of poor service.Your immediate action and reply is awaited
