[Resolved]  Airtel TV — Replacement of set top box

Dear Sir, Recently I have upgraded my DTH from standard to HD plus by paying additional 2000.00 just 2 months back. Before 20 days we have started facing problem in STB that automatically volume getting off...To retrieve the volume either I need to reset STB or I have to bring down the volume to zero and after increasing only I will be able to listen to the voice. I have called up till now 6-7 times to airtel customer care and not got satisfactory reply... I was told by engineer also that We can replace the STB with the old and repaired one. Why would I accept the old one when I have paid for new one. They are neither replying to mails nor giving satisfactory reply on customer care. CUSTOMER CARE OF AIRTEL IS ONE OF THE WORST I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS...
