Airtel — two postpaid numbers not linked with aadhar since june 2017

My to post paid numbers. [protected] and [protected] have not been linked with aadhar since june 24 2017
All formalities completed on 24 june including biometricverification. Received otp and message but till now both numbers not linked with aadhar.
I have already contacted appellate authorities nodal officer and
Customer care. No response from airtel.
