Airtel — unable to access 4g network issue and false commitments | |||
Hi team, It's been more than 12 times and 6 days, i have been through lots of trouble only doing follow up for 4g network access for my number:[protected]. Moreover i have visited airtel office several times and raised 3 complaints for this. The airtel customer care executive and floor mangers are extremely uneducated and not up to the mark. So many false promises and assurances made me very unhappy. I feel the brand name and customer support are inversely proposal. Everytime i call, they provide me assurance of resolving the issues in 24/48 hrs its been 6 days am fed off. Moreover i got calls from 4 people yesterday for the same but no one got back after that.
