Airtel — unable to deactivate postpaid connection :[protected] | |||||
Hi, I have been trying to deactivate my post paid connection account. The number is [protected]. I keep on paying bills. Though the account has been deactivated yet the bill keeps on coming. Worst part is that the set of people employed to make calls are abusive and they get down to misbehaving. I wonder is this the customer service airtel provides. How can a customer executive isbehave? Aren't there any monitoring of calls? This was least expected from a brand which boasts of a service. Airtel has been continuously degrading in all front be it connectivity, network speed and the customer services. Was this information helpful? | |||||
