Airtel — Unable to generate UPC COde error

Due to poor service of airtel i tried to generate UPC code for my [protected] mobile but each and every time i am getting following error:- UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There is an active request for the change of ownership / reverification process ongoing for this number. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

After contacting airtel store they said that we dont know about this please contact customer care, while contacting customer care they said that kyc verficication isn’t started yet.

Please help in porting my contact no.
