[Resolved] Airtel — Unable to get 4g network on my number | |||
I'm not able to connect to 4g network using my number since last 2 months. I reported about this issue on april 21st, 2017 reference no SR75696511. After few days I was asked to change my sim card which I did but still my problem was not resolved. I have been following up with the customer care since more than a month and every time I'm told that my problem will be resolved in 24-48 hrs. I even spoke to senior executive and he assured me that it will be resolved in 24hrs and it's been more than a month and i haven't even heard back from Airtel. I have tried multiple handsets, changed sim twice and made multiple calls to customer care but till date I'm not able to access 4g via my phone number. I'm paying for 4g services and getting crappy 3g service for past two months now. I'm really disappointed by the service provided by Airtel Was this information helpful? | |||
