Airtel — unable to get balance after recharging my airtel digital tv | |||
I have recharged my airtel digital tv with customer id ([protected]) through upi (Scanning qr code on tv) with rs. 360 vide transaction id p2006111926409471778281on dtd. 11/6/2020 (Refer attached) The money got debited from my account instantly but i neither got notification from airtel nor the balance reflected on my digital tv account. I was unable to view any channels, so again i have to recharge thru other means to view channels. Tried several times but unable to connect to customer care executive. Please help to resolve this issue asap either add the said balance to my digital tv account or refund the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
