After having paid the bill also i see that latency in internet and on top of it i am unable to even speak to the CUSTOMER CARE directly to tell what is happening from my end.
what nonsense and ### is this. I pay the bill and the internet is always slow, whenever i raise ANY COMPLAINT after 15 or 20 days the issue is ressolved that also is not ressolved. What crap service is this. Ivr does not even accept the negative feedback. What rubbish is this. Right now i paid the bill and there has to be restoration rightI still do not see that. Is there a human being existing in airtel office or there are ghosts sitting in the office not ressolving the issue.
