[Resolved] Airtel — Unable to get number recharged and tariff not working | |||
Dear Ms. Akanksha Singh, I have already submitted full details of the problem earlier on 28th July. Moreover, I would like to inform you that the above mentioned problem has not been solved yet. I tried to communicate all most all the concerned persons in this regard but nobody has provided me any solution. I am not able to get my number recharged and tariff plans are not working. I has been a long time from your side saying that it was a network problem and it will take 2-3 days. Whenever I call regarding this problem, you people say that it will take 3-4 days. I am in a great problem as I have not been able to make calls for almost 20 days. So, kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
