Airtel — unable to make outgoing calls/internet on airtel number ([protected]) from postpaid to prepaid | |||
Chenchu babu 10:58 am (0 minutes ago) To airtelpresence Dear airtel team, On 6th march 2019, i have converted my airtel number ([protected]) from postpaid to prepaid. When i try to recharge error msg appears 'please enter a valid airtel number'. I checked with the customer care as well, they said that the number is active and functional. I can receive calls but not able to make any outgoing calls/internet because of insufficient balance since 8 days. I complained at near airtel store where i made the request from postpaid to prepaid conversion, but they told, some iacs/ipcs error is coming and it is a problem with airtel. It will resolve by 48hours. Still i didn't resolved. I feel very bad on airtel, because, i have been using the same number for years. This is a very poor service from such a reputed brand.
