Airtel — unable to migrate to 4g sim | |||
I have tried getting new 4g sims thrice now, each time i try to activate, i get a message that the new sim is now activated, it tells me to restart the handset but as soon as i restart the phone, it shows no network. If i put back old sim again it still works. I have been trying to reach airtel support but they keep saying there will be a call back but no response occurs. I have been an airtel user for 7 years, after all this frustration i am planning to apply for a number change and deactivate my number. But they are unwilling to listen to this at all, since my number is postpaid number they will keep sending the bill. Was this information helpful? | |||
