Airtel — Unable to move to a new 4g SIM from an older one | |||
Hi, I tried to switch my old sim card for a new 4G one. I got the SIM card from an airtel store. The guy sent the sms to 121 with SIM and the 20 digit code on back of the number. I got the reply SMS and asked me to reply with 1 but when I do so I am getting an SMS "Unable to process your request. Please try again later". Also Airtel does not seem to have customer care support for Prepaid Customers. It only has IVR support. Only Postpaid customers have the luxury of a customer care executive.
