Airtel — unable to receive calls and sms | |
Since thursday evening, my incoming services were barred due to non payment of bill. However, i cleared all my outstanding bill on friday arount 10am. Despite of making the payment, my outgoing calling services got suspended. I raised this complain to one of an executive named payel who assured me to resolve my issue by 4pm. Nevertheless, no such help was extended from them. I again then got connected with a senior executive named rajesh mondal. He told me that he will forward my issue to their it team. Thereafter, i received a call from airtel who informed me that i am having a network issue. I repeatedly told them that neither i am able to receive any calls nor sms. Its being almost 4 days and i have not found any solution to my problem. Since, this is my official number, i am unable to connect at my worplace. Kindly look into the issue at priority.
