[Resolved] Airtel — unable to recharge after conversion of postpaid to prepaid | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, This is to your kind information that I have converted my mobile number [protected] post-paid to prepaid on 6th Jan 2018, after converting number I am not able to recharge on my number, I tried to recharge amount of 199 through Airtel website on .07th Jan 2018.The amount has been debited from my account no and recharge has been failed. The amount also not credited back to my account till now. I have called on so many time to customer care number but still facing same issue, I have also visited to the Airtel gallery on 25th Jan 2018, they said it will be resolve within 4 days but still issue not resolve. Almost I have facing this issue last 22 days, I have only single number to contact. If Airtel did not solve the problem, kindly provide the PORT Number so that l will move to any other Service provider with same number You are therefore requested to please take necessary action and solve Thanking You, Was this information helpful? | |||
