Airtel — unable to recharge after converting sim from postpaid to prepaid (airtel) | |||
I have converted my Airtel SIM from Postpaid to Prepaid today i.e. Dec 27, 2019. When I am trying to recharge, it is getting failed every time I do. Customer Care has been telling that it is active. I can receive calls but unable to call or recharge my number. I tried to log a complaint on the Airtel site, but after filling all the details, I cannot click the Submit button. I mean the submit button is not active. This is really a poor service from Airtel. Was this information helpful? | |||
