[Resolved] Airtel — Unable to recharge airtel prepaid number after port conversion | |||||
Hi, i'm using airtel prepaid number [protected]. I did port conversion recently from bangalore to chennai network. Post which im unable to do recharge from any of the below modes, my airtel app, paytm, online recharge websites. I activated hello tunes and the amount got debited. But end user was not hearing the caller tune. I tried contacting customer care but no solution. So i deactivated the called tune. Please address these two issues. Plese cancel my recharge i done wrongly ref no.[protected]
Hi,
I have sent a separate email to the email id [protected]@in.airtel.com regarding the issue i'm facing.
Today also i tried recharge in online recharge website. Again money was debited but recharge not done.
Now i'm mobile is having no balance, no internet. This is so annoying. Kindly do the needful to fix the issue.
