Dear sir, I would like to inform you that i am Escalating this case to your concerned team request your intervention for service request number Cltnm[protected] which generated by airtel and inform me it would be resolved by 27th may 2016 said by airtel team. But they fail to resolved the issue inspite of several request mail to nodal officer. Please see the below mail complain and communication. Below mail complain to the nodal official of airtel on may 31, 2016 9:47 pm, to mail id - nodalofficer. [protected]@in. Airtel.com for Subject: re: unable to rechage - [protected] Ir, With regrets inform to you that neighter any mail communication receive nor Any one o[censored]r support team call regarding the issue before send close sms to my Mobile. Also same sms received where mention that network congestion. Now today again try to do easy recharge from retailer mobile. But again Unsuccessful transection id is - [protected]. Recharge amount rs. 175 which shows after check in best offer. Now this is my last mail to you if this problem is not resolve by your team i Will think for mnp or through the sim into dustbin. I do hope my concerns will be taken care with in 48 hr, as from 1 month unable To do recharge. I can't wait for infinity if not solve will think ur support team & technology Which your using worthless & backdated.
