I am using airtel postpaid number ([protected]) from last 4 years. Now I have converted my number from postpaid to prepaid on date 08/02/2017 and my televerification is also gone positive, but after that I unable to recharge my number. I tried recharge Rs. 10, 20, 30, 50, 100 of normal amount, even I tried Rs. 84, 106, 123 recharge amount of FRC ( First Recharge ). Everytime same error appears, " Recharge not successfull on this number ".
I feel like very very poor service from One of the Biggest Telecom company of India. This is very very poor service.
When I call customer care, everytime they told that our technical person should be call you shortly but no any response or call from Their Technical person.
What the heck is this???
Are the AIRTEL company and their related person not interested to solve my problem???
