Airtel — unable to recharge online after conversion from postpaid to prepaid | |
I converted my airtel postpaid number ([protected]) to prepaid 2 months before. Since then i could not able to recharge online. I have raised many complaints to the to airtel customer care, still the issue not resolved.. Every time i call customer car supervisors, they speak the same words, "the issue will be resolved within 48hours" and they don't have patience to listen to the customer.
