Airtel — unable to send and receive sms

Hello,

I'm unable to send/receive sms from any number. I have recently migrated this sim after mobile loss. I receive 538 error message when i hit *121# from my number. I have no issues on calls but problem in sms. I request you to please provide me customer care number. There is no option on 121.

I have some problems from the Incoming calls as well as out going calls from my family members. In order to solve the problems I need the call data out going and incoming details. Please provide as early as possible.
