Airtel — unable to send port message to 1900 | |
I'm unable to send the Porting request from my Airtel number. I have been trying to port out of this network from the last month but all messages I'm trying to send to 1900 are not sent, whereas other SMS are going fine. I have talked to the customer service from friend's number (there is no option provided by IVR when trying 121 and 198 from my number) they suggested me to update the messaging center number and restarting will solve my issue. I have tried but no luck. I have tried to change the SIM to other phone but still getting an error while sending a message to 1900. Please help.
