Airtel — unable to send sms from my airtel sim

I am having an airtel number [protected] from delhi circle. I am unable to send any text messages/ sms via my sim since last 3-4 months. Sms centre no. On my mobile is [protected]. I tried to contact airtel customer care executive but i could not connect to him/her through airtel customer care number. I even mailed them but still problem didn't resolved.
