[Resolved]  Airtel — Unable to upgrade my current postpaid plan

I want to change my airtel postpaid plan, i am being overly charged because of my plan. I am trying to change it for last few months, my airtel postpaid primary number is [protected] relationship number[protected] and under this three secondary numbers come i. E., [protected], [protected] & [protected]. My current plan is of rs. 499.00 plus 18% gst & the plan of each secondary number is rs. 249.00 plus 18% gst. The total monthly bill issued is of rs. 1470.28 included gst. This is a big amount.

I tried to change my current postpaid plan to rs. 999.00 but it can't change. I tried to change a lot of time but it can't change. I don't know the reason behind this that why it is not change. I am not able to pay the amount of rs. 1470.28 every month.

If possible change my plan asap to rs. 999.00, otherwise i will switch my network to jio.
