[Resolved] Airtel — Unable to use message service for 6 days | |||
After my number portability I m unable use message service for 6 days. When I called to customer care they mentioned its problem with Airtel and will be fixed in 16 hours. After that when I again called they still your compliant is Open and will take minimum 24 hours from now. They are just unable to send me any compliant status to my mail or unable to resolve the issue for message service. Was this information helpful? | |||
