Airtel — unable to use my wallet balance

I made an account on my airtel app with my mobile number [protected] and added rs 2400 and when i tried to use that money. App says "debit not allowed for this account. Why did you add rs 2400 if i won't be able to use it? After calling airtel payments bank million times, they just told me to wait to solve the problem but problem hasn't been solved till now. Unlock my wallet so i can use my money 😔
