Airtel — unacceptable analysis mobile data usage in airtel app | |||
I have subscribed to a airtel postpaid plan of rs 999/- on 22nd april 2020 (Upgraded from previous rs 699/- plan). On 23rd april 2020 (The very next day), it showed me a usage of more than 50 gb (In the airtel app). It is to be noted that my background apps do not consumed data as i always go for data usage mode. Hence, this analysis in airtel thank you app is completely unacceptable, misleading and impossible. This has happened to me previously too with my last plan of rs 699 hence data ended prematurely and i was forced to upgrade to rs 999/- as i ran out of option.in these hard times of lock-down, it is impossible to visit any local store. Moreover, internet connection is indispensable for my profession. The attached image shows the data usage for just one day! Kindly refer it for my mobile number too.
