Airtel — Unacceptable behavior of a customer support executive

I hold around 10-15 lines with airtel and everything i use including dth is from airtel. There is one customer support executive who is such a rude lady who called me regarding one of my landline bill payment. I politely spoke to her the first time she called and she was rude to me by all means. And the latest call she made is such a super highlight that she insulted me with her great words. I wish to surrender all my current lines with airtel if this lady is not going to ask an apology to me. I wonder how airtel functions in such a cheap way! The number she called me from is [protected].
