[Resolved] Airtel — Unassured Tariff and Intimation not provided | |||||
Unassured Tariff - worst tariff preparing team they had. SMS limit crossing Intimation not provided, I called to customer care and complaining about this but they told me that they sent Intimation. As like they are good enough at work not only that. They asked to check next day to check the intimation I must send the 100 SMS. I got several call drops too if I asked they may blah blah(you people had conversation via phone) like that. Network covered in most areas But Worst service(Airtel) they where keen on money so they are telling FAKE reasons. Was this information helpful? | |||||
