Airtel — unauthorised deduction from mobile balance | |
On 5.9.18 an amount of rs.50.00 was deducted for a service fun games which was never opted. Immediately sms to stop was sent to airtel which the was acknowledged by airtel on 8.9.18. Again rs.35 is deducted on 5.10.18 for a service which i did not put for. Why? Pls stop any such services and ensure that such unjustified deduction does not happen in future.
