Hi,
This is regarding the pre-paid mobile connection in which the service provider is deducting Rs. 24 /- on a monthly basis. We had called the customer care but in vein. One instance they reversed the transaction but the auto debit is still continuing on a monthly basis. While contacting the customer care, they are blaming the customer stating that it was chosen by the customer and hence the deduction. It is extremely difficult to contact the customer care and when we get through after navigating through multiple IVR options, the executive blames the customer for the auto debit. How ridiculous can this be.
