Airtel — unauthorized spam airtel message charges deducted from prepaid balance | |||||
Prepaid mobile no. [protected] On 11/6/18 balance was rs.300/-. From 12th inwards unauthorized spam airtel messages from airtel a$-tfarot deducting every 1-2 hours sms charges from.50 paise to rs.2 totaling to almost rs.10 on an average per return resulting in my balance coming down to 218 and my hard earned money is deducted unauthorized way. I would request your goodself to kindly look into this and arrange to refund rs.80/- deducted from my airtel prepaid balance from my mobile no. Unable to activate the sim
I am from kakori, district Lucknow. Network connection & even calling connection both are terrible since long in this region.
I haven’t receive any message to reason this performance.
Appreciate if you solve this problem and acknowledge.
