[Resolved] Airtel — Unbilled usage showing 1.5 lakhs and bill generated as 2 lakhs | |||||
I activated an International Roaming plan of 1199/- for Thailand on 28th October and travelled on the same date to Thailand. The plan is for 10days and contains 2GB of data and 250 minutes india calling back free. I have all the confirmation emails and messages for the plan activation and my bill generated on 6th November saying 200871/- in my online account by which I was shocked and cannot recover from that upsetting as already I have paid for the plan to travel Internationally and that too plan of thailand. Customer care is saying like I have to wait for 48 hours to get the bill generated and then they can confirm.This is like mantal harassment of customers. I have used only 260Mb of data from 2GB of data provided and used approximately 100 minutes to call back India. Also my credit limit is 6000 only, if it went beyond this value then why it was not intimidated to me viia message or any mail. If this is the bill they are going to provide I will not accept that in any condition as I have used their International Roaming plan which was confirmed by Airtel and also I have used the provided data and calling well withing limits as I have all the details in my mobile usage summary. This is serious harassment of customers and that too I have been a good customer for more than 3 years paying all the bills within time limits. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have complained repeatedly on 121 and they are giving me false assurances.
I am fed up now. Please return me my money of 1485 rupees.
