Sir with due respect, i beg to say that my airtel payments account has been blocked for some unknown reason and therefore i can’t make any debit transactions and also there is a balance of rs 2000 in my account. Please deactivate it as soon as possible because i need that money in order to make a payment. Please help me as soon as possible. I want my money back. My account no. is [protected]

I am using Airtel sim card and Airtel payment bank as well from many years. my gas subsidy is credited in this account but i can not withdraw this subsidy so i talked to the customer service executive to ask that how can I withdraw this money ? they said, "you can close this saving account."
when i request it to close this account they simply block the services. and after blocking this account, the subsidy was still going to this account. but now i can not do any transaction from this account not even recharge. so again I request him to reactivate this account. they said, " Apna AADHAR CARD & PAN CARD mail kar do. uske 24 ghante baad apka account reactivate ho jayega" I have mailed him all the documents on 5th April. but they did not reactivate account till now. after that I have called so many times to customer service but everytime they said, "Aap hume 24 ghante ka time dijiye. but nobody did not no anything.
