[Resolved] Airtel — Under construction junction box removal

Dear Sir,

I wish to bring your notice that there is a Airtel Broadband junction box is being constructed in front of my house. Without any notice\ intimation, Junction box cement base is constructed in front of the house. Eventhough I have informed concerned engineer and officer at Airtel to clear the under construction Junction box, they have continued with the box install work. The placement of junction box is such that it is infront of house.I cannot park my Four wheeler in front of house. It is requested to remove the Airtel Broadband Junction Box at the earliest.

This compliant is not resolved by Airtel even after 2 years.They continued to put junction box. For us, Parking car in small space is daily pain because of this junction box and they are causing more trouble now.Airtel random persons are pulling wires from the junction box. Wires are put openly infront of our house walking space. While walking it can make us fall and get injured. Irresponsible people from Airtel who does such work.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Srikanth84 Even after the complaint raise with Airtel, their engineer continued to install the junction box. Airtel customer care also not responded with any action to my complaint.

Raised a complaint with BBMP for this irresponsible behavior from Airtel.
